Everyone in attendance at the Convocation is required to register.   

            Early Adult Registration - $85.00 (if paid by February 28, 2024)

            Regular Adult Registration - $100.00 (March 1, to May 14, 2024)

Late Adult Registration - $125.00 (May 15th and beyond)

         Youth Registration (4 to 21) - $25.00

Room rates are as follows:               Per Night (2 adult occupants): $149.00 + tax ($19.64) = $168.64
                                                            Per Night (3 adult occupants): $159.00 + tax ($20.95) = $179.95
                                                            Per Night (4 adult occupants): $169.00 + tax ($22.27) = $191.27

ALL room accommodations are two (2) room suites, with your choice of a king bed or two (2) double beds.  Each room also includes a full-size sleeper sofa which accommodates two (2) additional occupants. 

Room Amenities:                                Each room is a two-room suite (pillow-top bed) and includes - microwave,                                                                  refrigerator and free Wifi

Parking:                                               Complimentary Parking for hotel guests

Breakfast:                                            Complimentary full buffet breakfast - daily
Snacks:                                                Complimentary evening snacks - daily

​​First-night hotel accommodation is due no later than May 24, 2024, to secure the rate and availability. 

You may provide a rooming list through your local church directly to Missionary Ivy Gilmore (Registration Coordinator) at (ivygilm@gmail.com).  All remaining balances are expected to be paid in full upon arrival at the hotel.  

You may send one check for all delegates attending from your church, listing their names on the attached form, or individuals may send their payments directly to the following:
